Field Trip FAQs
We’ve streamlined our field trip process to make booking simple, predictable, and easy. Below are the most common questions we receive.
What if my group has fewer than 30 students?
To offer this special field trip pricing and ensure we can staff and open the facility specifically for your group, we do require a minimum booking value equivalent to 30 students.
If your group is smaller, you’re welcome to:
- Include chaperones, parents, or siblings who would like to bowl, or
- Proceed by covering the minimum booking amount
This allows us to continue offering discounted group pricing in a consistent and reliable way for schools.
Can chaperones or parents participate?
Yes! Chaperones, parents, and siblings are welcome to bowl and may participate if it helps meet the minimum booking requirement.
What if we are tax-exempt?
Unfortunately, the goods and services we sell (e.g., bowling, retail food & beverage, etc.) do not qualify for tax-exempt status according to the New Mexico Taxation of Revenue Department and we can not accept tax exempt documentation.
What if 10:00 AM doesn’t work for our schedule?
We understand that every school schedule is different. That said, this special field trip pricing is only available for 10:00 AM start times on designated days.

How long will the field trip last?
- Bowling only: Approximately 2 hours
- Bowling + lunch: Approximately 2 hours and 30 mintues
We’ll help keep things moving so your group stays on schedule.
What if we need to use a purchase order (PO)?
At this time, our systems aren’t set up to accept purchase orders or issue invoices. Payment is required at the time of booking. Many organizers choose to pay upfront and request reimbursement through their school afterward.
Can we pay on the day of the field trip?
To reserve lanes and staff the building appropriately, prepayment is required for all field trip bookings. Unfortunately, we’re not able to hold reservations without payment.
Are there substitutions for lunch drinks?
Yes! Drink substitutions include:
- Lemonade
- Pink Lemonade
- Unsweetened Iced Tea
- Water
Let the team know when you arrive which drink option you would prefer
Are there substitutions for the pizza or fries?
The lunch package includes cheese pizza and french fries only, with no substitutions. This helps us serve large groups efficiently and stay on schedule.
Does the pizza come with toppings?
The pizza provided is cheese pizza only.
Can students bring their own bowling balls and shoes?
Absolutely. Students are encouraged to bring their own bowling balls and shoes. We hope this experience helps spark a lifelong love of bowling.
